Japanese Ginger Dressing

Low-calorie French salad dressing

Ground ginger (or 2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger root or more to taste)

Tbsp
Japanese-style soy sauce

minced
Clove garlic
Combine ingredients in a covered jar. Shake well before serving.
Makes 1-1/8 cups
About 22 calories per Tablespoon.
