Italian Pasta Salad

Parmesan crispy Baked Breasts (or chicken fingers)

Frozen mixed vegetables

Cooked pasta

cup
Cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4
cup
Chopped red onion
1/2
cup
Italian Parmesan salad dressing
1/4
tsp
Salt
1/4
tsp
Pepper
Prepare chicken as directed; cut into strips. In microwave-safe bowl, heat vegetables on HIGH for 4 minutes; drain well. combine vegetables, pasta, tomatoes, onion, dressing, salt and pepper; toss gently to coat.
Divide salad between four plates.
Top with chicken strips.
Makes 4 servings.
