Ham & Pineapple Salad

cup
Shell or other small pasta

Mayonnaise

Green pepper, seeded & chopped
Salt & Pepper

Slices cooked ham
Lettuce
4
Pineapple rings

Tomatoes, cut into wedges
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes; drain well.
While still warm, add the mayonnaise, green pepper, and seasoning; set aside until cold.
Place spoonful of mixture on one half of each ham slice; fold other half over.
Arrange on bed of lettuce; place pineapple ring on each ham slice.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
Yield: 4 servings
