Garden Potato Salad

Cold cubed cooked Potatoes

Salt

Chopped celery

Cubed cucumbers

Chopped onion

Tbsp
Chopped parsley

Radishes, sliced
Mayonnaise
Combine ingredients in the order listed using enough mayonnaise to moisten (about 1 cup).
Chill.
Serve in nests of lettuce leaves.
Garnish with radish roses, parsley and hard-cooked egg.
