Fruit & Sherbet Salad

Orange jello

Orange sherbet

Pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice to add to jello)

Mandarin oranges, drained
Dissolve jello in 1 C boiling water plus 3/4 C pineapple juice. Let set in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Blend in sherbet and drained fruit.
