Curry Cream Salad Dressing

Plain low-fat yogurt or sour cream

Low-fat Italian salad dressing

Unsweetened apple or pineapple juice

Curry powder (or more to taste)

Sugar or a few drops of honey (optional)
Stir until smooth.
Makes 9 tablespoons, about 12 calories each without sugar; about 13 calories per tablespoon with sugar.
