I use Jiffy Mix for the cornbread. This salad is delicious with any vegetable.

1	pkg	Cornbread mix, baked & crumbled
		Salt & pepper to taste
1/2	lb	Bacon, crisp-fried, crumbled
1/2	cup	Chopped sweet pickles
2		Green peppers, chopped
1	cup	Mayonnaise
2	med	Onions, chopped
1/4	cup	Pickle juice
4		Tomatoes, chopped
1	Tbsp	Sugar

• Layer cornbread, bacon, green peppers, onions and tomatoes in a large bowl.
• Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sweet pickles.
• Combine mayonnaise, pickle juice and sugar in a small bowl and blend well. Drizzle over salad.
• Toss lightly just before serving.
