Country Chicken Salad

Mayonnaise

Lemon juice

Salt

tsp.
Pepper

Chicken, cooked and diced
1/3
cup
Slivered almonds or chopped nuts

med. stalks
Celery, sliced (about 1 c.)
4
slices
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss with chicken, almonds and celery. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Add bacon to salad just before serving.
