Old Fashioned Cole Slaw

This is from my 85 year old Mother's recipe collection
3 | | Egg yolks |
1 | tbsp | Butter |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
1/2 | C | Vinegar |
1/2 | tsp | Pepper |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1/2 | tsp | Dry mustard |
| med | Head of cabbage |
| | Hard cooked eggs |
- Mix all ingredients except cabbage and cook slowly until thickened.
Pour while hot over finely shredded cabbage and set aside to cool.
Serve with slices of hard cooked eggs.
