Chinese Chicken Salad

Chicken breasts, cooked and skinned

Lettuce

Green onions, diced with tops

Slivered almonds

Sesame seeds

Sugar

teaspoon
Salt

Vinegar

teaspoon
Pepper
1/2

Oil
Cook the chicken and cool. Cut into strips. Brown the sesame seeds and almonds.
Combine the sugar, salt, vinegar, pepper and dissolve over low heat.
Let cool. Add the oil.
Mix well. Ready to serve.
