Boiled Salad Dressing
From the Kitchen of: Pat Lamb
1 1/2 | cups | Salad oil |
2 | | Eggs |
1 | Tbsp | Mustard |
4 | tsp | Salt |
2/3 | cup | Sugar |
1 1/3 | cups | Flour |
2/3 | cup | Sugar |
3/4 | cup | Vinegar |
2 | cups | Water |
- Beat together the oil, eggs, mustard, salt, and sugar.
- Cook together until thick.
- Mis remaining ingredients with first mixture.
- Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
