This is a much requested recipe. Great for picnics, potlucks and I even had a friend who served this at her daughter's wedding. The best part is you make it the day before.
I garnish with sliced red and green peppers.

1/2 cupcider vinegar | ||
1/2 cupOlive or Wesson Oil |
