Pecan Pie

Combine and beat thoroughly:

Stir in:

Fill the pie shell (makes a very full 9-inch-can use a 10-inch pie shell). Bake at 375 degrees 40 to 50 minutes until a knife inserted in the middle of the filling comes out clean.

Variation for Chocolate Pecan Pie:
Before mixing the filling, fill the pie shell with semi-sweet chocolate pieces, place pie shell in oven long enough to melt the chocolate, remove to cool while mixing the filling.
