Ritz Cracker Pie

Ritz crackers, crushed

cup
Chopped nuts (I prefer pecans)

Egg whites
1-1/2
cup
Sugar
Whipped cream
Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add sugar. Form stiff peaks.
Fold in crackers and nuts. Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cool. Top with whipped cream.
Serve.
