Rhubarb Pie

3 | cup | Rhubarb, 1" slices |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1/2 | tsp | Grated orange peel |
3 | Tbsp | Flour |
1 | | Dash salt |
2 | Tbsp | Butter or margarine |

Combine all ingredients except butter or margarine.
- Line a 9" pie plate with pie crust. Fill with rhubarb mixture and dot with the butter or margarine.
- Top with lattice crust. Bake at 400 degrees 40 to 50
minutes.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
