Pumpkin Custard Pie

This recipe was from the Dutch Pantry in Pennsylvania.
Crust:

1-1/2 | cups | Flour |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1/3 | cup | Lard |
4 | Tbsp | Water |
- Combine flour salt, lard, and water. Blend ingredients by hand and roll flat to cover 9-inch pie tin.
Filling:

1 | cup | Cooked pumpkin |
3 | | Eggs |
1 | Tbsp | Flour |
1/4 | cup | Brown sugar |
1/2 | cup | White sugar |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1/3 | tsp | Nutmeg |
1/2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | pint | Fresh milk |
- Mix ingredients in order listed and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 400º oven approximately 45 minutes.
