Brick's Peach Pie

From the Kitchen of: Brick

3/4	cup	flour
1	tsp	baking powder
1/2	tsp	salt
3	tbsp	butter
1	3-1/8 oz pkg	vanilla pudding -- NOT instant
1		egg
1/2	cup	milk
		-------------------------------
1	15 to 20-oz can	peaches, drained, but juice reserved
		-------------------------------
1	8-oz pkg	cream cheese, softened
1/2	cup	sugar
3	tbsp	reserved peach juice
		-------------------------------
	Topping
1	tbsp	sugar
1/2	tsp	cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine and beat first group of ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9 or 10-inch pie pan.
Place peaches on top of batter.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Beat 2 minutes. Smooth with a spoon to within 1/2-inch of batter.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of pie.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
