1/3 | cup | butter |
2 | cups | fresh peach slices |
3 | tbsp. | powdered sweetener |
1 | cup | flour |
3/4 | cup | skim milk |
1 1/2 | tsp. | baking powder |
Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Add peaches to melted butter. Mix together the sweetener, flour, milk and baking powder. Pour over peaches but DO NOT STIR. Bake at 375 until golden brown.
