4 | cups | apples, sliced or chunked |
½ | cup | frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted |
2 | tsp. | tapioca or cornstarch |
½ to 1 | tsp | cinnamon |
Mix apples and all ingredients until coated. Pour into pastry shell and top with pastry. Bake at 425°F for 40-45 minutes.
Can use homemade or store bought pastry shells.
