Comments: MARGARET says she always liked a moist shoo fly pie so this was her favorite and this was a favorite of my husband when he was young and growing up but later in life he found it too sweet for his mature taste.

1	8-9 inch	Unbaked shell -then:

Mix together:

1-1/2	cups	Flour
1/2	cup	Butter (or use a good margarine)
1/2	cup	Sugar
1	Dash	Salt
1/2	tsp.	Cinnamon
1	pinch	Ginger

Liquid ingredients -- mix together:

3/4	cup	Molasses
3/4	cup	Water
1/2	tsp.	Soda

• Alternate adding to the pie crust the dry ingredients then repeating with the liquid, ending with crumbs on top.
• Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 to 60 minutes.
