My delicious "Liqueur Pie" Mmmmmm Good. Make the night before.

Crust:
1/2	C	Ground almonds
3/4	C	Crushed vanilla wafers
1/4	C	Melted unsalted butter

• Mix well and reserve 2 tbsps. for the top of pie. Press into 9 inch pie plate.

Filling:
1/3	C	Unsalted butter
		Zest of 1 orange
8	oz	Chilled cream cheese
1	C	Sugar
1/3	C	Amaretto liqueur

• In blender mix butter, orange, cream cheese, sugar and liqueur.
• Whip 2 cups whipping cream until light and fluffy. Fold into the liqueur mixture and spoon into prepared crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

  Serves 8.

  This can be frozen and served when slightly thawed. Enjoy.
