| 1 | Baked 9 inch pie shell | |
| 1 | can | Sweetened condensed milk |
| few | drops | Green food coloring |
| 1/2 | C | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 | 10 oz can | Crushed pineapple, drained |
Mix together with a spoon, pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate for three hours till set. Top with whipping cream and chocolate (shredded) if desired.
