2 | cups | canned or fresh peaches (see note) |
Mix together flour, sugar and milk; pour in bottom of casserole dish. Pour about 2 cups canned peaches (with juice) over batter.
Dot with butter. Cook at 375°F for approximately 35 minutes. Crust will rise to top.
NOTE: 2 cups fresh, juicy ripe peaches combined with ¾ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice may be substituted for canned peaches.
