1 | cup | walnuts, coarsely chopped or broken |
1 | tsp. | rum flavoring or rum |
½ | cup | halved walnuts, for decoration |
1 | pie shell, ready-made, partially baked |
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add melted chocolate, instant coffee and rum. Stir in the flour and broken walnuts and pour into pie shell. Top with second measure of walnut halves. Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool and serve with whipped cream if desired.
