2 | tsp | Vanilla |
Beat ingredients together very well in blender or mixer. Pour into greased 10-inch Pyrex pie plate. Bake 350° for 45 minutes or until set. (Comes out nice and brown with very thin crust on bottom and tastes like coconut custard pie.)
