Comments: This pie is impossibly easy and delicious. No crust to make because it forms it's own crust.

Pumpkin

Evaporated milk

Butter or margarine, softened

Biscuit baking mix
2-1/2

Pumpkin pie spice

Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350º F. Place all ingredients in a blender jar and blend on high for 1 minute or place all ingredients in a large bowl and beat for 2 minutes with a hand beater.
Pour mixture into a greased 9-or 10-inch pie plate.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
