2/3 | c. | milk - divided |
40 | large | marshmallows |
¼ | tsp. | salt |
3 | tbsp. | green creme de menthe |
3 | tbsp. | white creme de cacao |
1½ | c. | heavy cream - whipped |
Melt over hot (not boiling) water, chocolate morsels and 1/3 cup milk until smooth. Remove from heat; set aside. Melt and stir over hot water, marshmallows, 1/3 cup milk and salt. Stir in liqueurs. Transfer to bowl. Chill until slightly thickened (30-40 minutes), stirring occasionally. Fold in whipped cream. Spread ½ mint mixture into pie shell. Using ½ chocolate mixture, spoon dollops over mint layer and swirl. Repeat layers. Chill until firm (2 hours).
