Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine peeled, sliced pears, frozen concentrated orange juice (undiluted), and grated lemon peel in a bowl and toss lightly. Arrange the pear mixture in a 9" unbaked pie shell.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Cut in margarine until crumbly then sprinkle over the pear mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the pears are tender.
Cover the top loosely with aluminum foil after 30 minutes if too brown.
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
