Fool Proof Pie Crust

4 | cups | Flour |
1-3/4 | cup | Shortening |
1 | Tbsp | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Salt |
1 | | Egg |
1 | Tbsp | Vinegar |
1/2 | cup | Water |

Mix flour, shortening, sugar, and salt in separate bowl. Beat egg, vinegar, and water. Combine 2 mixtures. Mold into ball. Chill 15 minutes or more and roll.
- Can be frozen.
