½ | cup | lemon rind |
3½ | cup | whipped topping, thawed |
1 | graham cracker pie crust |
Combine milk, lemon rind and juice in a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping, blending well.
Spoon into crust and chill 2 to 3 hours.
