Chocolate Chip Pie

butter or margarine, melted

Sugar

Self-rising flour

Vanilla

Broken pecans

pkg (6 oz)
Chocolate chips

9-inch
pie crust, unbaked
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In the large bowl of an electric mixer, on medium speed, combine the butter or margarine, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, and salt until well-blended.
Stir in the pecans by hand, gently mixing well, then the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
