Chess Pie
From the Kitchen of: Grandmum
| 1 1/2 | C. | Sugar |
| 4 | | Egg yolks |
| 1 | C. | Milk |
| 1/2 | C. | melted, cooled, Butter |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Flour |
| 1 | tsp. | Lemon Flavoring |
- Pour into single pie crust and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, turn oven down to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes.
- You will know when the pie is done if a knife poked in the middle comes out clean.
