1 | can | sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.) |
½ | cup | key lime juice |
1 | 9-inch | graham cracker crust |
1 | tbsp. sugar |
In a medium bowl, mix together egg yolks, condensed millk and key lime juice. Pour mixture into pie crust. In small bowl, beat egg whites on a very high speed. Then slowly add sugar. Beat meringue until stiff but not dry. Spread meringue on top of the pie filling and put in the oven at 400°F. Cook until meringue is slightly brown.
