Brown Sugar Meringue

| 2 | | Egg whites |
| 4 | Tbsp | Brown sugar |
| 1/2 | tsp | Vanilla |
- Beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff.
- Add vanilla and pile on pie.
- Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Enough topping for 1 (8-inch) pie.
