Apple Cranberry Tart

  1. Make dough for a double crust pie from a mix or scratch. Roll into a 14" circle. Place on a large cookie sheet.
  2. Pour 2 (21 oz.) cans of Apple Cranberry pie filling into the center of the crust leaving a 3" border. Gently fold crust over filling.
  3. Brush with egg wash (beaten egg with 1 tsp. of water). Sprinkle with coarse or cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
