This quiche recipe was inspired by a Pillsbury Bake Off winner. I fiddled with it until I came up with a quiche recipe that I just adore.
1 9" unbaked pie shell |
1 Tbsp. olive oil |
1 finely chopped red bell pepper |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1 cup cooked wild rice, drained |
3 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
