Spaghetti with Homemade Turkey Sausage

Fennel seed, crushed

jar (27 oz)
Spaghetti sauce

Spaghetti, cooked and drained
In a bowl, combine turkey, fennel seed, water, salt and pepper. Refrigerate overnight.
Crumble into bite-size pieces; cook in a skillet over medium heat until no pink remains. Add spaghetti sauce and heat through.
Serve over hot spaghetti.
Yield: 6 servings.
