Sherry Maccaroni

For 4 persons
1 1/2 | C | Maccaroni |
4 | tbsp | Grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 | C | Butter |
1 1/2 | C | Mushrooms |
1 | C | Sherry wine |
| | Salt |
| | Pepper |
- Chop up mushrooms. In a frying pan melt half of the butter, adding the mushrooms. Let fry for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Boil water and then add the maccaroni. When cooked drain and add the remaining butter.
- Turn on oven at 375 F. Pour the maccaroni in a rectangular pan. On top pour the mushroom mix and the sherry wine, then sprinkle on top the grated parmesan cheese. Cook in oven for 10 minutes. Serve.
