1-1/2 | lb | lean ground beef |
1/2 | onion, finely chopped | |
1 | can (26 1/2 oz.) | Del Monte Green Pepper and Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce |
2 | small | zucchini, thinly sliced |
1-1/2 | cups | shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
Cook ravioli according to pkg. directions; rinse and drain. Brown meat with onion in skillet; drain. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Stir in spaghetti sauce and zucchini. Layer 1/2 pasta; top with 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese in oiled 2 quart baking dish; repeat. Bake at 400 degrees F. 15 to 20 min. or until heated through. Makes 4-6 servings
