Oven Rice

Uncooked regular long Grain rice

water

tea.
salt, if desired

butter or margarine, optional
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Heat water to boiling.
Mix rice, water and salt in ungreased 1-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until water is absorbed.
6 SERVINGS (1/2 CUP EACH); 120 CALORIES PER SERVING.
