Orange Herb Rice

Yield: 4 Servings
2 tbl. Butter
2 tbl. Chopped onion
2 cup Water
1/2 teas. Grated orange rind
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 teas. Salt
1/8 teas. Marjoram
1/8 teas. Thyme
1 cup Uncooked long grain rice
Cook onion in butter until tender. Add water, seasonings and orange juice. Bring to a boil; stir in rice.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins. or until water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
