This recipe is not an exact science. It's quick and easy. If you want, you can cover and place in the fridge for 24 hours and bake later. If you prefer some other type of cheese besides mozzarella, please feel free to experiment. White cheeses are the best for this recipe. The spaghetti sauce is also up to you. Choose meat flavored, vegetarian or any of the other flavors available. Personalize it, make it your own, something the whole family will enjoy.

Brown beef in skillet and add spaghetti sauce to desired juiciness. In large sauce pan, boil noodles as directed. In glass baking dish, place a layer of beef mixture on bottom. Next place a layer of noodles on top. Put some ricotta cheese on top of noodles. Add beef mixture then noodles, ricotta, mozzarella and repeat layers until pan in full. End with the noodles on top then generously sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. When oven is preheated, place uncovered baking dish inside and cook for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until mozzarella is melted and edges are bubbling.
