Lemon Rice No. 2

1 | cup | raw rice |
1 | teaspoon | butter |
1 | clove | garlic, minced |
1 | teaspoon | grated lemon peel |
1/8 | tea. | salt |
1/8 | tea. | lemon pepper |
2 | cups | chicken broth |
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer covered for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
