Lemon Pepper Pasta

" Fast and easy to make anytime, and in advance. "
1 pound spaghetti |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 tablespoons lemon juice -- to taste |
1 tablespoon basil |
ground black pepper to taste |
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook
for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done; drain.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil and black pepper.
Mix well and toss with the pasta. Serve hot or cold.
- Makes 4 servings
