This is a food to eat along with fish, chicken or meat.
The following foods are considered pareve, or neutral, and may be cookedand eaten with either fleishig or milchig: 1. Fish. Fish must have both fins and scales inorder to be considered kosher. 2. Vegetables, Fruits, and Grains.All foods that grow from the soil are kosher; however, these foods mustbe carefully examined before being used to make sure they are free of insects (which are not kosher.)
