Flavor is light and spicy. Goes well with veal, ham or pork.

1 | 14 oz. can | Chicken broth |
1/4 | Cup | Water |
1/2 | Tsp. | Salt |

1 | Cup | Uncooked regular rice |
In a medium size frying pan, saute onion with raisins and curry powder in butter or margarine until onion is soft. Stir in chicken broth, water, salt and pepper; heat to boiling; pour over rice in a 4-cup baking dish; cover. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed; Fluff with a fork before serving.
