Zuchinni Relish

Chopped zuchinni (peelings left on)

Red peppers, chopped

Green peppers, chopped

Pickling salt

White vinegar

Corn starch
2
tsp
Celery seed
2
tsp
Mustard seed
2
tsp
Tumeric
Combine vegetables with pickling salt and leave overnight.
In the morning drain and rinse.
Combine the remaining ingredients with the vegetables and boil 20 minutes.
Put in hot sterilized jars.
