Make a bag about 8x10 inches and fill it 3/4 full with plain rice. Sew the bag closed, place it in the microwave for 2 minutes and it'll produce warm, slightly moist heat. Great for sore muscles or arthritic areas.
Try one on your feet at bedtime on cold nights.
Place one under a cloth in a bread basket and it will keep the dinner rolls warm.
