Use Mini Marshmallows and either wrap them in saran wrap or place them in the tiny ziploc baggies. Attach the tag with ribbons.

Seal and label with the following poem:

Santa came and went last night
Traveling on his worldwide loop
Because you weren't so good this year
and since coal is so expensive,
all you get is a stocking full of Snowman Poop.
Round and white, and, oh, so sweet and light
Eat some now and have sweet dreams tonight.
