Use Mini Marshmallows and either wrap them in saran wrap or place them in the tiny ziploc baggies. Attach the tag with ribbons.

Seal and label with the following poem:

I heard you've been naughty,
So listen: here's the scoop.
I'm running short on coal this year,
So all you get is snowman poop.
